Women use 80% of BW (which would have been 100lbs, but there is no way I could do that so I used 85lbs.  That was heavy for me.)

Holy Heck that was tough, my arms got so tired bringing the dang rope around on the last round....

I have to improve my double unders.  I did the first 25 in 36 seconds but then down hill from there.....

I just turned 40 but I certainly don't feel that old. A friend gave me a koozie with the phrase Fit & 40 and it gave me a new outlook on turning 40. I have been crossfitting for about a year and a 1/2 now and I am in the best shape of my life. I am now training for the CrossFit Games 2011. On a personal note I have 4 children, 21, 14, 7, & 5.
