Pretty consistent, felt sick to stomach after last two. I tried to keep my rest exact to the time I ran each. Ran at ECS track. Such a nice new rubber track!
Took today off because I want fresh legs for my 8.5 tempo run in AM. I am going to try and hold a pace of 8:20. Notice I said TRY! =] Race is in 3 weeks, yikes!!!!

- I just turned 40 but I certainly don't feel that old. A friend gave me a koozie with the phrase Fit & 40 and it gave me a new outlook on turning 40.
