5AM isn't bad when you bring coffee!

Starting Strength program is going well. I was able to work out with Jenn this morning, she was gracious enough to meet me bright and early on her day off. I had to get in my workout before heading to the beach!

Clean: 85

Goal today: Not get sunburned!
