Fractional Plates
Today I was able to use the new fractional plates. So small and cute! Really when I put them on they were so light that it didn't even register that I was even going up in weight though I was. My 5rm for press is 70lbs. My last work sets for press was 65lbs so instead of jumping right up to 70lbs I went to 67lbs.
Back Squat: 125lbs
Press: 67lbs
Clean: 90lbs
Goal today: eat clean!!!!!!
