Week 2, WOD 5
I can tell I am going to be sore after this workout today. I haven't been home that long but my muscle are giving me little hints that they are tired... occasional twitching, aches, slow moving, etc. And for the record this took forever again!!!! I got there at 7:30, a little late because I had to drop my first born off at his first day of high school. I started to tear up leaving him, I fought back the tears until I got to the gym and saw P.Brod. I looked at her and she was upset too. (her daughters first day also) She was like don't even look at me cuz I'll lose it... but gain my composure on that lovely 400m warm-up run. Anyway.... my 8AM crew breezes in and out, completing both of their workouts before I finish mine. By the time I get home I am SO hungry but too tired to cook! Socks almost had me talked out of this program this morning.... I better not listen!
