Very sore from Tuesday's lame attempt at snatches. Today, a rest day but can't resist... going out to the alva trails again riding bikes!
Wednesday's workout:
Back Squat 3x5 @80% 111lbs
Bench press: 3x5 @90% 85lbs
Dead lift: 1x5 @175lbs
