Thanks Coach- 80%!!!!
Boy was I excited at the gym this morning when I saw that we only had to do 80% of our back squat! My body is sore from yesterday. Tomorrow is rest day! Wore my new socks I made this morning... pretty cute!
Back Squat 3x5 @ 80% 110lbs
Bench press: 3x5 @95lbs
Dead lift: 1x5 @175lbs
Goal today: eat lots of protein!!!
